[Breakfast] A vanilla cream bread

[Lunch] Mango fat free yogurt, Jacob cream crackers dipped with low fat milk
[Dinner] Rice with curry veggie, sweet sour pork & green veggie
[Snack] Veggie keropok
[Fruit] Pear

Fitness :-
10 push ups against the bar

10 frog jumps
10 sit ups
10 scissors legs each side

Sleep hours :-
[Wake up] 11 am

[Go to bed] 1.45 am

Spiritual :- 1 gongkyo , 20 mins daimoku

Notes for tomorrow :-
* Read management and accounts note
* Wake up before 10:30 am
* Pump more daimoku to make up for today
