* Earlier sleeping hour FAILED
* Lighter dinner than lunch DONE


Education :- Get good feedback on thesis - will proceed to final chapters-


Finance :-

Food :-
[Breakfast] A corn cream bread

[Lunch] Vegetarian mix rice
[Dinner] 2 pratas
[Snack] Veggie keropok

Fitness :-
20 push ups against the bar

30 mins power walk / semi jog
40 star jumps
5 sit ups

Sleep hours :-
[Wake up] 11 am

[Go to bed] 3 am ++

Spiritual :- 2 gongkyos , 40 mins daimoku

Notes for tomorrow :-
* Start studying for next Sat exam
